What is SMART SNACKZ?

Smart Snackz is a weekly ready-to-eat meal delivery service. We deliver fully cooked and ready to enjoy cold meals directly to your home.

How does it work?

Our process is simple, visit our web site, sig-up, and choose a plan. We then do all the work and deliver your delicious meals the following weekend.

What is included in my order?

Once a week you’ll receive our delicious meals, individually packed and ready-to eat. No need for preparation or reheating. Our meals are designed to be enjoyed cold.

How long will SMART SNACKZ stay fresh?

Our meals are prepared and packed in our approved commercial kitchen and immediately refrigerated. We deliver ourselves in our refrigerated vans directly to your door. Once at your home, we leave an insulated tote with your meals with enough cold-packs to keep the food cold. Once you get them, place the trays in the refrigerator. We recommend using an insulated lunch box and an ice pack to keep the meals as fresh as possible until they are enjoyed.

Do I have to do any preparation after I receive my meals?

No. Our meals are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. Do not reheat them. Smart Snackz are designed to be enjoyed cold. Just take them out of the refrigerator or pack them in a lunchbox and enjoy.

How do you dispose of the packaging?

Our totes and cold packs are returnable. Just place them outside your door on your next delivery day and we will collect them. Our trays are plant-based and fully compostable.

When can I expect my delivery?

Our order cut-off is Tuesday’s at 11:59 p.m. An order placed before this time will be delivered the following weekend. If the order is placed after that time it will be delivered the weekend of following week. We deliver all our meals on weekends,  guaranteeing freshness for the whole week.

Can I change/cancel an order or meal plan?

Yes. Log in into your account and chose to modify/cancel an order or meal plan. Single orders must be cancelled by Tuesday 11:59 p.m. Meal plans cancelled before the first delivery and before Tuesday 11:59 p.m. will be refunded totally. Subscriptions cancelled after one or several deliveries have taken place will be partially refunded.
